Since April 2020, the Quality of Life (QOL) World Foundation has been researching how to build more Quality of Life, in addition to more equitable and sustainable socio-economic environments.

Increase Quality of Life by expanding the ability to adapt and self-manage in the face of life challenges

The Quality of Life World Foundation for public good was established to fulfill a philanthropic purpose of a nonprofit nature, specifically: to increase Quality of Life by expanding a person’s ability to adapt and self-manage in the face of life challenges, whether they are emotional, social, physical, intellectual or economic.

The Quality of Life World Foundation equips people to improve their own quality and enhance the life of others through building awareness, providing tools for self-management, and sharing evolutionary principles and practices for values-oriented living.

Quality of Life, is seen as an individual’s perception of their position in life in the context of the culture and value system in which they live and in relation to their goals, expectations, norms and concerns. It is a broad concept that is influenced in a complex way by physical health, mental health, personal beliefs, social relations, environmental factors, etc., among other things.

In order to optimize quality of life, it is essential that people are given sufficient opportunity to have an impact on the eight life domains:

   Education and personal growth

   Self-determination, meaning and basic rights

   Self-realisation and activity

   Leisure and social inclusion

   Emotional and physical well-being

   Economic and physical security

   Natural living environment

   General life satisfaction

In order to help people work toward greater quality of life, the QOL World Foundation introduces a new mindset and develops innovative tools to enable a frictionless, Person to Person collaborative environment: one in which people can flourish and work together in order to make an impact.

The QOL World Foundation enables these frictionless, global, Person to Person collaborations to take place in an environment that is free of legal, administrative or technical hurdles.

Structure and Objectives of the QOL World Foundation

Although the QOL World Foundation is built out of several legal entities, at no point should those hinder or influence the participants. The intent of this environment is to enable seamless Person to Person collaboration without the need for institutions.

There is only one Quality of Life World community; it is formed by all its participants spread across the entire world.

The Foundation believes that its goal—to increase quality of life—can only be achieved by the inception of an entirely new environment, built alongside the environments already in place.

For this we need a new mindset and a radically new toolset to help participants along the way. As the new environment is based on evolutionary principles, it is necessary to define the initial mindset and lay out the steps and commitments that will enable the creation of all the others.

Main objectives of the Foundation:

  Sustainable operation of the Universal Ownership Vault

The role of the Foundation in the realization of the Universal Ownership Vault is to stabilize the legal environment by making sure Sovereign Assets are accounted for and that all KPIs are publicly visible in a transparent and auditable way. The operation and governance of the foundation are described in its constitutional statute.

The community statute is a global unique repository of all accepted agreements. It forms the base for all QOLWorld initiatives and contains all agreements and processes defining the workings of the community. The genesis version of the community statute is referenced in the statute of the Quality of life World foundation. Every subsequent version of the community statute is valid if:

It holds a reference to the previous version

It is signed by each individual director of the Foundation

It is sealed by the Foundation

The community statute will be digitally available, immutable, verifiable, ubiquitous.

The agreements in the constitutional section define the functional bodies of the environment. They can only be changed under advisory of the constitutional commission. The constitutional agreements are composed of:
